This is one of the best female rapper collabs since Lil Kim was in the game. We are so happy Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion linked up and dropped this dope single. It’s nothing like team work in the industry when it comes to females. Some are always going at each other neck, so we love when we see them work together on a business level.
Cardi B’s “WAP,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion blasts onto the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart at No. 1. The collab launches as Cardi B’s fourth leader on the list and Megan Thee Stallion’s second.
Released Aug. 7, the song drew 93 million U.S. streams in the week ending Aug. 13, according to Nielsen Music/MRC, the most for any track ever in its first week of release.
Our review of the video is that it’s super sexy and filled with provocative language. And we love it! The colors are amazing, the cinematography and costumes hyped the entire music video up. Kylie Jenner even popped out of no where as well as other female artists that are on the rise: Mulatto, Sukihanna, Normani, Rosalía, and Rubi Rose.
